It’s been an incredibly successful year for ODM Services and we are very thankful to everyone involved in that success.
We started the year with a bang, securing several projects across the South East and beyond, with a few big projects in the pipeline too. It looked to be a lively and productive year
In March we were shortlisted by the Federation of Small Businesses in their award for Service Excellence and in July our Director Ollie Mathis won Business Development Director of the Year in the Energy Efficiency Awards. If that wasn’t enough to make us burst with pride we were also commended in the Boiler and Heating Installer of the Year category!
July was a busy month for ODM, as we also completed a lengthy project in Ashford. The full mechanical installation included bathrooms, kitchens, regular and underfloor heating systems plus our first air source heat pump installations into a complex of five luxury homes.
As the year draws to a close and we’re able to catch our breath and look back we are amazed at what we’ve achieved – our business has grown in many ways – we’ve increased the size of the team with more staff employed and subcontracted to work for us, including new Plumbing Apprentices and Gas Engineers. Our ODM fleet has grown to match, meaning we have been able to take on more work, which has resulted in our busiest year to date. We have also been able to add more sustainable and energy efficient offerings to our services, including ground and air source heat pumps, as well as EV charging points and solar panels. These greener solutions will no doubt continue to increase in popularity so we are very excited to see where things go in 2024.
We now look forward to next year and beyond, full of confidence in ourselves and what we can achieve together as an award winning team!
