Leading with Expertise
Ollie Mathis
Managing Director
Ollie Mathis began his career with a plumbing apprenticeship straight out of school, quickly transitioning from a domestic gas engineer to a commercial gas engineer. With firsthand experience in the industry, Ollie recognized the prevalent issues many companies faced and was driven to make a positive change. This vision led him to establish a leading provider in the sector.
Under his leadership, Ollie has been committed to innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring that the company not only meets but exceeds industry standards. His dedication to excellence was recognized in 2023 when he was awarded Director of the Year at the Energy Efficiency Awards for his outstanding business achievements.
As Managing Director, Ollie remains focused on driving the company forward, fostering a culture of innovation, and striving to elevate service quality across the industry.

Our People

Jason Byrne
Contracts Manager
Jason is a Contracts Manager with over 25 years’ experience in Gas, Plumbing, and Heating across domestic and commercial projects. With extensive expertise in installations, breakdowns, servicing, and complex fault-finding, he is known for his practical, solutions-focused approach.
Fully certified in Domestic and Commercial Gas, LPG, Oil, unvented systems, purging, boosters, and water regulations, Jason ensures all works are delivered safely, compliantly, and to a high standard.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, music and live gigs, cycling, swimming, and outdoor adventures.

Marc Cantan
Contracts Manager
Marc is a Contracts Manager with over 25 years of industry experience, having progressed from a full five-year apprenticeship through Site Supervisor and Foreman roles into Management over the past eight years. He brings a deep technical understanding of Plumbing systems, Mechanical Engineering, and Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) design.
Highly solutions-focused, Marc is known for delivering efficient, future-proof installation designs. He holds Level 3 Advanced Plumbing qualifications, Water Regulations certification, and specialist ASHP training, ensuring work is delivered to the highest technical and compliance standards.
Outside of work, Marc enjoys DJing and music production.

Latitia Miles-Gibbs
Office Manager
Latitia is our Office Manager, overseeing the day-to-day running of the business and ensuring everything behind the scenes operates smoothly and efficiently. With a strong background in administrative operations and team coordination, she supports senior management, manages office systems, and keeps workflows organised and compliant.
Latitia plays a key role in improving processes, supporting staff, and maintaining clear communication with clients and suppliers, helping create a positive and well-structured working environment.
Outside of work, Latitia enjoys staying active at the gym, attending musical theatre shows, and travelling to explore new places.
