Why do I need a water softener for my commercial building?

Kent and London have some of the “hardest” water in the UK. Without treatment, limescale builds up rapidly in calorifiers, boilers, and taps, reducing efficiency and causing breakdowns. A commercial water softener removes these minerals, extending the life of your expensive plant equipment.

We suffer from low water pressure on the top floors; can you fix this?

Yes. This is a common issue in multi-storey buildings. We can design and install a “boosted cold water” set—a combination of a break tank and high-performance pumps—to ensure consistent pressure and flow rates to all outlets, regardless of the floor level.

What are my legal obligations regarding Legionella?

As a commercial building owner or manager, you have a legal duty to control the risk of Legionella bacteria. This involves keeping water systems clean, maintaining correct temperatures (hot water above 50°C, cold below 20°C), and removing “dead legs” in pipework. We design systems to minimise these risks and can install thermal balancing valves to ensure safety.
