The Project

This job involved working as part of a team performing a full plumbing renovation of a supported living property in Clacton-on-Sea. For our client Achieve Together, we provided each self contained unit with heating and hot water, feeding into newly installed bathroom and kitchen areas.

Our Involvement

All plumbing and heating work was carried out by our team, including the fitting of new bathroom suites to the 8 self contained apartments.

We installed a wetroom to each apartment, as well as a communal bathroom.  In addition to this we plumbed in a full kitchen suite for each living space.  Last but not least, we installed a brand new, energy efficient boiler room featuring twin Vaillant boilers.  This included an all-new connecting pipe network to supply all apartments with heating and hot water.  The two Joule Cyclone Plus unvented water storage heaters we incorporated contain the latest in unvented hot water containment technology, ensuring a consistent supply of hot water throughout the building, and benefit from an A+ energy rating.
