Mechanical Installation – Leabrand office, Gravesend

The Project

Previously used as a children’s NHS surgery, but shut down in 2017, the building was purchased by Leabrand Ltd to use for their main office but needed extensive renovation to make it usable as an office space in order to offer an up to date working environment for its staff and accommodate the needs of their business.

Our Involvement

We were contracted to complete a full mechanical installation throughout the 2 separate office buildings.  The contract was a full design and installation project consisting of a new heating system, plant room and domestic water supplies feeding toilets and kitchens.

Challenges

We were required to create new pipe routes throughout the main building and secondary building causing minimal as little disruption as possible to the existing brickwork and internal walls.

Key Achievements

The client received a full working mechanical system precisely as required.  All the work was completed on time, within budget and carried out to our usual high standard.
